No exercise today but is watching wimbledon 2009 considered working out?

Safe Effective Diet Pills or Just Exercise

futsal-1Just did my commit of a daily exercise. Jogging was tough but I think I managed close to 10mins after which had a game of futsal!!! All in all was out there sweating it out for 45mins. Time passes when you are in a game that you love.

Tough as it maybe but I went out of the house with whispers from the old devil that wants us to be lazy and enjoy some cable on the couch. Made it out and came back motivated and ready for another round tomorrow. I did some stations after futsal and I was trying out the basic exercises that I found on the site I am still looking into.

I managed two sets of sit ups, push ups and chair push up before my muscles started complaining. Being it my first day out I decided not to push it in fear of muscle aches the next day. Futhermore I will be having football tomorrow as well.

So while walking back home I was wondering if I can keep this up or just take the safe effective diet pills to enhanced the weight loss. There is always the fear of the bad affects of diet pills but some diet pills claim to be natural diet pills with no harmful effects. It would be great to speed up the weight loss. One diet pill that I am considering is Proactol. Seem to be a safe effective diet pill after reading up on how it works.

It seem to be a safe bet but I will hold out for a few months. If I can maintain my daily routine of a basic work out I will consider it to boost the weight loss.

weight: 97kg

Bring on the change!

What happenned to Boston Celtics? I thought that they were going to meet Lakers in the NBA finals. In my opinion Orlando Magic did not have the ‘finals’ experience to beat a much more mature Lakers team lead by Mr. Byrant. Final MVP as well, Byrant have come a long way from rape charges and falling out with Shaq. Great to see that he has got round the corner. Congratulations Lakers!

So with the Lakers win I will make one of those new year resolutions. I know it is mid 2009 but I do not see any set rules on resolutions. I commit to exercise everyday starting today. I think everyone makes life changing decisions and we should too if we want to be in better physical health.

For those finding it hard to commit to better health read the article above and find out what you should do and where to start.

One tip I find that I myself would like to follow as well is having an early dinner daily. The most dangerous time for dieters is in the evening. Consuming most calories at night and being overweight often go hand in hand.  So how do we break they cycle? Learn to control your appetite. Not eating for hours during the day or cutting down on food during the day can leave a wolf of an appetite towards the evening.  To stop this, avoid the temptation to skip meals Always have a good breakfast and eat lunch on time. Late lunches will push back your dinner time in the end.

Just found some interesting information on the relation between weight loss and metabolism. Seems that starving leads to less weight loss. Check out this article which has some interesting points:

The five points are

1. Build muscles to burn fats

2. Be active. Do cardio. Exercise.

3. Do not starve. Eat a good breakfast and spaced out meals to keep metabolism up

4. Drink water to burn more although gains are modest.

5. Sleep well. 8 hours.

Question for me now is: Am I starving? Or just eating less?

Might change it again as cut and pasted pictures still does not auto fit on to blog.

Update: Got the picture right. Guess I will stick to this for now.

Weight 98 target 80. Dream on? Let’s see. I been surfing the web and I think there are a lot of information out there to help on this Everest task. Threr are  lots of diet ideas out there but I think I will just keep it simple and choose well and eat well. If I can reduce my intake I think half the battle is won. Reduce but not starve. They always say not to starve oneself. Somthing to do with the metabolism of the body and that the body is able to survive with less food. It will just close one body section off. The dapartment of answering when you are asked a question. Ignorance is bliss?

Found this site with lots of simple information on dieting and losing weight. Will read an article a day to keep new ideas coming. http://www.weightlossarticles101.com/index.html

Found out that Subway is not that bad a fast food outlet.  http://www.weightlossarticles101.com/fast-food.html

Burger King just opened around my area and I have not stepped into it yet but the calling is strong !! Head for subway. With a wholemael 6 inch sandwich I will be safe. The article says substitute french fries with a salad. I do not think they serve salad in Burger King or Mcdonalds. Having the fries is the best part of the happy meal. Ok. No fast food for now except Subway. Eat fresh!! YEAH !!
